Mono-diglycerides

The new name for hydrogenated oil is mono-diglycerides. They are basicly hydrogenated oils but the mono-diglycerides are hydrogenated before separated into mono-diglyceridies.  The "mono" means they are a combination of various oils mixed together, hydrogenated, then certain fatty acids called diglycerides are then separated out. But beware mono-diglycerides are just as bad as hydrogenated oils.
